Privacy Policy — Match 4

Match 4 — Four in a Row ("the app") is developed by Flow Apps LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app handles and why. The short version: there are no accounts, we don't know who you are, and we collect only what's needed to run the game and keep it improving.

Information we collect

The app does not require an account and never asks for your name, email address, or contact details. The following data is processed:

  • Usage analytics — we use Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Remote Config to understand how the game is played (e.g. which screens are used, game results, session length) and to tune game settings remotely. Firebase processes device identifiers, approximate region, and usage events. This data is not linked to your identity.
  • Advertising (Android) — the Android version shows ads through Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) mediation. Ad networks may process your device's advertising identifier to serve and measure ads. Purchasing Premium removes all advertising.
  • Online play — online matches and the weekly tournament use Unity Gaming Services (relay, lobby, and leaderboards). Network session data and your chosen display name (an auto-generated nickname by default, never your real name) are processed to run matches and standings.
  • Purchases — payments are handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play. We never see your payment details.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell personal data.
  • We don't track you across other companies' apps or websites.
  • We don't collect precise location, contacts, photos, or any device content.

Data stored on your device

Game progress, statistics, settings, and premium status are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app deletes this data.

Children

The app is designed for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. No account can be created, and display names are auto-generated with a profanity filter.

Your choices

You can reset your device advertising identifier or limit ad tracking in your device settings at any time. To request deletion of tournament leaderboard entries or ask any privacy question, contact us and include your in-game display name.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
